These terms govern your use of the Caistrel property management platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary for the onboarding preview; a full agreement is provided before any paid plan begins.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use Caistrel to manage your own properties and tenants. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your data
The records you upload and create remain yours. We process them to provide the service and never sell them. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep Caistrel available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Caistrel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
